  • You will be assigned a Polaris Ambassador who will demo the platform, attain required legal documents and start the setup process

Step 2: Collection Site Setup and Go-Live

  • The Polaris technology and operations teams will setup and configure the required accounts and provide the required training to use the system

  • Your team will receive site-specific credentials and you will be given access to the platform in sandbox mode. Once you are ready your account will be elevated to Production mode and you can start!

Step 3: Post Deployment Support

  • Polaris support will be available through Chat, Phone, & Email to ensure the system is functioning for your needs

  • Polaris will also serve as the first point of contact on questions for 3rd Parties such as your biller and the state you're operating in for Reporting

Once you fill out the form and have all the paperwork in order, we can get you started within 24 hours.  Our platform is easy to use and simple to configure.  If you’re a collection site, you must be registered with your state with a valid CLIA number. 

Once you’ve seen our demo and there’s mutual interest to move forward, we’ll provide you with a sandbox environment to test our platform.
